Andy Brandt, Code Sprinters co-founder, will speak about Scrum at the upcoming “Software Projects” conference next week in Warsaw. The conference is focused on project management in software development. Both traditional and agile methods will be presented and discussed. Andy’s presentation will be one of few lectures dedicated to agile methods – it will be meant as a first introduction to Scrum for project managers.
