Moscow, December 28, 2011 — ARMADA OAO (MICEX-RTS: ARMD) hereby announces that a project carried out in cooperation with the government of the Vologda region to create and implement an electronic government in the region has been accomplished.

ARMADA ensured the transition of 11 most socially important and popular state and municipal services to the electronic format so far, including the following: accepting applications, registering and enrolling children in education institutions (nursery schools); enrolling children in general education institutions (schools); providing monthly payments to Vologda region’s veteran workers; state registration of civil status acts, specifically, marriage, paternity determination, birth, etc.

In the course of the project’s implementation, ARMADA developed a regional Government Services Portal, set up interdepartmental electronic cooperation between government bodies involved in providing services on the regional and federal levels, and ensured integration with the federal Government Services Portal www.gosuslugi.ru, as well as with Vologda’s existing multifunctional center.
