At the 11^th edition of e-Finance Awards Gala, Asseco SEE Romania was awarded in the category e-products/services. The trophy was handed to Mr. Sorin Visan, Executive Director Banking Business Unit of the company and signifies the success of completing the implementation of the core banking solution AB-SOLUT^® at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, during 2013.

The core banking solution developed by Asseco SEE Romania is the company’s response to the requirements of existing performance and productivity in the banking market, being used by 10 banks in Romania and one in Moldova.

The e-Finance Awards Gala recognizes and rewards companies, institutions and not least people each year, who have demonstrated active involvement and measurable results in the areas of IT&C, Financial and banking, editorial criteria in designating the winners being extremely rigorous.

The company’s award thus demonstrates once again that Asseco SEE Romania is one of the leading suppliers of products, solutions, services and integrated IT systems in Romania and applications developer for the banking sector. Among the approximately 100 participants at the e-Finance Gala, were the representatives of companies awarded, such as ASIROM, Kaspersky Lab (Romania), Teamnet, S&T Romania, MasterCard Europe CEE (Romania), GTS and banks such as BRD Groupe Societe Generale, Raiffeisen Bank, ING, Romanian Commercial Bank, Libra Internet Bank or OTP Bank.
