The Camp is devoted to web applications development using Symfony, an open-source PHP Web Framework (http://symfony-project.org).

This is the second camp focused on Symfony. The first one was held in Kyiv in May 2009, and was dedicated to gathering the community together. Thanks to the good feedback received and high interest in Symfony Framework, the organization committee decided to further develop this initiative this year by launching the website, attracting sponsors and co-organizers, inviting speakers and participants from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. The goal is to provide a new format for communication and knowledge sharing within this area.
We expect that this year Symfony Camp Kyiv 2010 will unite about 200 PHP developers as attending the conference should be useful not only for Symfony developers but also for Project Managers, Team Leaders and managers of web-development teams.
Symfony Camp Kyiv 2010 is a unique possibility for both junior and senior developers to raise their level of knowledge, exchange experience and meet professionals in Symphony development.
