Webinar: Key Market Developments in Q4-2009: Market Vista Report Briefing. February 17, 2010

Q4-2009 saw continued indications of recovery in the outsourcing and offshoring industry, leading speculators to believe this past tumultuous year is far behind us. Contrary to market assumptions, captives continued to grow, and leading Indian suppliers continued to hire at increased rates. These developments indicate potential competition for talent in the near term. Market Vista, a quarterly report published by Everest, provides a comprehensive look into the key forces and metrics defining the market: outsourcing trends, health of the captive model, supplier developments, and location risks and opportunities.

In addition to examining major market influences and events, this webinar will feature a special guest section with representatives from the Filipino BPO industry bodies. With rapid growth in the last few years, the Philippines is now the second largest offshore destination. Proactive government and industry measures have created a dominant position in voice services and are enhancing attractiveness for non-voice BPO services. Leaders of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) and the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P) will present the latest trends in the Filipino BPO industry and outlook for the future.

Join us for an informative one-hour webinar, which will provide an overview of key trends in the outsourcing and offshoring market and highlight Everest’s interpretation of what these changes mean moving forward.
