ScaleFocus successfully implemented the first Greenfield SAP S/4HANA in Bulgaria for Tempodem EOOD. The platform presents the next level in the evolution of business management systems, helping companies manage each aspect of their business. It is based on the revolutionary “in-memory” HANA database to deliver business intelligence, process automation, and consumer experience without analogue on the global technology market.

The implementation of SAP S/4HANA will cover all business and manufacturing processes of Tempodem Ltd. and will help the company become more flexible and competitive on the market. For 9 months, the teams of ScaleFocus and Tempodem worked together on the implementation of Production Planning, Accounting, Financial Control, Resource and Material Management, Sales, Distribution and Quality Control modules. The new system is implemented by applying SAP best practices to Greenfield projects.

SAP S/4HANA is expected to bring-in improved business results as well as reduced operating costs, through a simplified management platform, which provides detailed information regarding all business units. The new system will provide full transparency at all business levels, real-time forecasting as well as analysis and simulations, which will lead to improved business decisions and optimal production results in both short and long term.
