To mark Knowledge Day and the first day of the new school year, IBA Group conducted a Welcome Day for senior high school students who specialize in physics and mathematics. The tour of IBA Minsk was aimed at helping talented young people to choose their future profession.

During the tour, the guests met with IBA employees, learned how software is developed, and asked questions about their possible future career. Pavel Shilenok, Head of IBA Computer Games Department, talked with the students about the specifics of working in the IT sector, new trends in IT, and opportunities for career development. Shilenok shared his experience in IBA, and spoke about the activities of his department and skills needed for a developer.

During the tour, the students explored working conditions, as well as recreation and sports facilities that IBA offers to its employees.
