On March 3, 2015, IBA Group and OpenText Software Austria GmbH signed a partnership agreement. IBA Group received the following OpenText appointments:

• Reseller Partner
• Support Rendered by Partner
• Technology Partner
• SAP Competence Partner.

IBA Group a.s. received all of the appointments listed above. IBA Group companies that are based in the CIS countries, namely IBA Minsk, IBA IT Park, IBA Rus, and IBA Kz are entitled to sell, support, and develop applications based on the OpenText products.

The partnership with OpenText allows IBA Group for expanding its service portfolio. IBA Group is now able to offer a software product line intended for enterprise information management. This includes the following areas of enterprise content management (ECM):

• Management of transactional content
• Management of social content
• ECM as an infrastructure that unifies applications.

In line with the agreement, IBA IT Park can offer tailor–made OpenText solutions for SAP platform. These applications enhance functionality of SAP systems when creating and managing documents. A seamless integration enables users to jump easily and transparently between document cards and the accounting system using SAP interface.

In March 2015, eight IBA Group experts received training in OpenText Consultant Certification Bootcamp, successfully passed the exam, and received certificates.

On March 24–25, IBA IT Park attended the partner conference OpenText: Partner Days EMEA Emerging Markets held in Munich, Germany. During the event, IBA experts learnt more about OpenText ecosystem, products, and projects.
