22-23 November 2013, Kharkiv, Ukraine hosted a conference Outsource people 2013. The conference brought together the leading experts of IT industry from Eastern Europe to share the news and market trends of outsourcing business world.

INSART top managers Michael Soloshchuk (President), Vasiliy Soloshchuk (CEO) and Maxim Oliynyk (Senior Project Manager) attended the conference. Vasiliy Soloshchuk gave a conference talk “Bonus Systems in Software Development Company: making an employee into a partner”.

During the two days Outsource people 2013 hosted IT professionals from Eastern Europe. On the first day Leading IT professionals talked about marketing and sales campaigns, shared their customer success stories.

Vasiliy Soloshchuk, CEO at INSART participated as an expert in roundtable discussion “Marketing and sales in SMB”. Vasiliy pitched the new ideas and shared his sales experience.

On the second day the conference hosted “Big IT players”. IT business owners, CEOs and COOs talked about the latest trends and business growth strategies. Vasiliy Soloshchuk gave a conference talk “Bonus Systems in Software Development Company: making an employee into a partner” and shared his successful story of human resources management.

The other topic of roundtable discussion was “Consolidation of IT outsourcing: myth and reality”, Taras Kitsmey (President at SoftServe), Vasiliy Soloshchuk (CEO at INSART) and others discussed the industry consolidation trends and the cooperation prospects and challenges.
