We are proud to announce the launching of a new platform that unites all Sigma Software education initiatives. Sigma Software University is a place for learning, sharing knowledge and experience.

Our goal is to promote the development of IT community and strengthen IT education at every stage: from the support of educational programs for children to cooperation with universities and courses for those, who already have some experience in IT.

Sigma Software University embraces:

• Software development basics for kids.
• Special courses, designed by company experts, which run in Sigma Software classes in Ukrainian universities.
• Agile course in cooperation with Swedish universities.
• Official summer practice for students.
• Internship programs for senior students and graduates.
• Special express training programs for Juniors (.NET, Java, Testing, Quality Assurance).
• Courses from company`s top-notch experts (including Sales, Big Data, IoT, etc.).

Rapid advancement of information technologies pushes forward all spheres of our everyday life. IT specialists can only be in-demand, when they are in the stream with constantly changing IT environment.

Thus, they have to catch up with the technologies development by constant studying. IT education in Ukraine often cannot keep up with fast technologies evolving, so IT graduates soon discover that the skills they obtained are insufficient to meet requirements on the job market.

For years, Sigma Software contributed to development of IT education, bringing the educational programs in line with business needs, building the bridge between businesses and universities.

We have achieved significant progress; today we cooperate with 12 higher educational establishments and a number of schools, run joint projects and courses, organize, and support events and competitions for students, and much more.

Our education activities continue to evolve and grow in number. Each year Sigma Software holds over 30 student events, about 300 students take training and internship in the company, over 100 students participated in the Agile course in 2015. To join all these activities together, we have created Sigma Software University.
