Mellon Group of Companies announced today its nomination for the 6th consecutive year at the annual Contact Center World Awards – Best of the Best in EMEA. The companies of the Group that participated this year were Mellon Poland and Mellon Bulgaria, and were awarded under the ‘Best Outbound Campaign’ category.
Mellon Poland participated with a telemarketing campaign for credit products that the company runs on behalf of mBank, the largest virtual bank in Poland. Respectively, Mellon Bulgaria submitted a campaign for promoting modern telecommunications services on behalf of Bulgaria’s biggest operator, Vivacom.
For their nominations, Mellon Poland and Mellon Bulgaria were requested to illustrate their excellence in delivering the aforementioned campaigns. Their participation demonstrated the commercial impact of the campaigns for mBank and Vivacom, their consistency with the customers’ strategy, and their effectiveness against key performance indicators.
“Our decision to participate with the specific campaigns was based on the outstanding results we have achieved, in terms of sales and quality of communication,” said in a joined statement Panagiotis Vlachos from Mellon Bulgaria and Kasia Lopata from Mellon Poland. “We are extremely happy with the distinction of the two companies in Poland and Bulgaria. We constantly strive to provide excellent results to our customers, and these awards are an accolade of a job well done.”
