Miratech Expands into Slovakia with New R&D Center

Miratech has opened a second R&D center in the European Union, located in Košice, the Slovak Republic.

Miratech plans to grow its size to 50 peope within a year.

The new location offers advantages such as availability of English-, German-, and French-speaking engineers for service delivery to Western European customers; government IT investment support programs; strong technical education available at local universities; and more.

Over 20,000 businesses are active in Košice, making it a favorable business environement. The region offers the opportunity for customers to combine business with recreation: the city was named the European Capital of Culture in 2013, and is close to six UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Tatra mountains, several national parks, and the well-known Tokaj wine region.
