Musala Soft completed successfully the certification at Level 2 of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and became the first company in Bulgaria, which passed estimation at the new version SCAMPI A v1.2 of the model. In the scope of the certification were estimated the processes of software development in the company, management of projects, management of the configuration, management of the quality, etc. Processes are integrated part of the thoroughly built and constantly improved for several years internal system of quality management in Musala Soft. Mentioned system was firstly certified at ISO 9001:2000, followed by ITMark certification and presently at CMMI model.

The project for evaluation of the processes according the CMMI, was realized by ESI Center Bulgaria with the support of the financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Consortia VEGA (Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance) oriented towards the business and trade development of Bulgaria.

At an international level over 1500 companies are successfully certified at CMMI.
