Ontotext Bolsters OWLIM Support Team in the U.S.

Ontotext USA is pleased to announce it has reached an agreement with SolvIT LLC, based in Leesburg, VA, to provide support services for its flagship database product, OWLIM.

SolvIT will help customers in the U.S. install, integrate, manage, and maintain OWLIM for peak performance, reliability and effectiveness.  Jonathan (“Billy”) Schwarting, president and CTO of SolvIT, brings deep enterprise architecture and IT management experience.  SolvIT already is managing OWLIM installations for Ontotext customers in the mid-Atlantic region.  The company will provide phone, e-mail and on-site support to new and existing OWLIM customers.
