Wondering about the outsourcing and what kind of techniques will help you during outsourcing?

PMI Switzerland chapter brings you an excellent evening to discuss and learn what tools and techniques best suits the changing outsourcing environment.

Outsourcing started in the manufacturing industry, today it has spread to almost every industry, and tomorrow it’ll enter your personal life. Traditional outsourcing is compartmentalized, long-term and inflexible. Modern outsourcing is communicative, lean and adaptable. What new challenges do these shifts pose to project managers and teams involved in the outsourcing process?

After the current outsourcing shifts and trends are outlined, the attendees are faced with a case study and a set of Project Management challenges. The attendees must demonstrate their PM skills as they discuss in groups what tools and techniques best remedy the various challenges.
