This year, the company has been striving to create innovative solutions, perfect development quality and grow strategic partnerships with software vendors.
St. Petersburg, Russia , December 12, 2013 – Throughout 2013, Reksoft, a Russian developer of software and information systems and member of Technoserv Group, has developed a range of significant IT projects within various industry segments. The company also entered into a new partnership agreement.
Reksoft completed work on a major public sector project: developing an application software system for the territorial offices of the Federal Migration Service. From this year, the Territory system will be installed across Russia, offering official information about Russians, overseas citizens and stateless individuals. Reksoft’s solution made it possible to increase the accuracy and completeness of this information, ensuring transparency and control over the process of public service delivery.
This year also saw a joint team of specialists from Reksoft and parent company Technoserv complete a project to create a test suite for the bank VTB 24. The test suite is designed to enable secure, preliminary testing of any changes made to the bank’s key operating information hardware systems and IT infrastructure. Reksoft specialists developed a web portal where the central management and integration of test environments and data can be performed online. By implementing the test suite, downtime associated with information systems failures is reduced, and new products can reach the market sooner. The test suite also significantly reduces the burden on the banks’s employees by accompishing non-core test tasks.
Between 2012 and 2013, Reksoft specialists developed and launched an integrated web-based platform for S7 Airlines (http://www.s7.ru). The project was designed to broaden the range of advisory services offered online, and increase the conversion of site visitors into customers.
Reksoft developed a scalable solution for the travel firm Neva (www.nevatravel.ru), which provides customers with the capability to search and purchase airline tickets through the company. The software made it possible for Neva to connect various online travel services such as airline reservations, hotel bookings, insurance purchases, and hire cars.
New partners and competencies
As part of the Microsoft Partnership Program, Reksoft was awarded a brand new competency in Gold Application Integration, as well as confirming its Gold Application Development and Gold Collaboration and Content competencies.
Reksoft became an Official Partner of LifeRay, and now offers custom software development services and solutions based on the portal technology of LifeRayPortals EE. Partner status allows Reksoft to implement first-line support solutions based on LifeRay EE throughout Russia.
Reksoft also became a partner of Syncsort – a leading company in integration and data protection for business and public corporations worldwide.
Confirmation of quality and reliability of work performed
Reksoft reconfirmed its compliance with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) at level 5, the highest maturity level. This means that Reksoft is continuing to improve its management system and employ the most effective software development processes. Certification of all business departments was carried out by the independent organization IAL Software Engineering, a CMMI Institute partner.
Global Services agency included Reksoft in the list of 100 leading service companies of the world in the field of IT & BPO (Leadership in the Global IT&BPO Outsourcing). The company for the eighth year in a row is included in GS 100 which is annually formed within research of the world market of IT outsourcing and outsourcing of business processes.
The company was listed as a Rising Star in this year’s Global Outsourcing 100, which is put together by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
