Resco Presents Its New Division — Resco Services

Resco, a leading provider of mobile software solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, introduces today Resco Services.

The aim of this division is to address specific needs and requirements of Resco’s partners and their customers, to help them with tailoring the mobile solution, accelerating the decision process and ensuring the best possible user experience.

With Resco Services, we are able to assist with specific projects and help them get the most out of our technology. Two packages are currently in the offering of Resco Services:

  • Decision Accelerator for Resco Mobile CRM
    Decision Accelerator assesses and validates the functionality, performance, scalability, and cost of Resco Mobile CRM.  Customers can figure out to what extend the solution matches their business objectives and come to a sound investment decision.
  • Accelerated Proof of Concept (PoC)
    The goal of PoC is to demonstrate the Resco Mobile CRM solution (with sample or organization’s own data) and to provide a 60-day “try before you buy” environment tailored for a selected range of requirements.

Resco Services employs qualified professionals, who hold certifications in Mobile Application Development and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. “We have a great insight and extensive knowledge of Resco’s and Microsoft’s products. What we want is to help partners and their customers step on gas when it comes to assessing & implementing Mobile CRM,” remarks Michal Suchan, Head of Resco Services.
