Russian Companies Populate IOAP 2012 Global Outsourcing 100

The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has announced its list of the world’s best outsourcing providers for the eighth consecutive year and a number of Russian companies have been included in the prestigious rankings released this week.

The Global Outsourcing 100 and its associated sub-lists are independently judged rankings of the world’s best outsourcing service providers and has become an important resource to help companies compare providers using an objective methodology.

For 2012, Russia is represented by Artezio, Auriga, EPAM Systems, Exigen Services, First Line Software, Luxoft, MERA and Reksoft, many of whom are included on multiple lists.

Artezio (93), Auriga (85) and EPAM Systems (37) First Line Software (95), Luxoft (47) all placed in the Top 100 on the association’s main list.

Other categories that honor Russian outsourcing service providers include Top List Climbers (EPAM, Luxoft), New to List (First Line), Rising Stars in Western Europe (Artezio, Auriga, First Line, Reksoft), Rising Stars in the US (Artezio, Auriga), Best Ten in Eastern Europe (EPAM, Luxoft), Best Ten by Number of Employees in Eastern Europe (Artezio, EPAM, Luxoft), and Best Five by Number of Employees in Russia (Auriga, Exigen, First Line, MERA, Reksoft). In addition, many of the companies appear on numerous Rising Stars lists.

“This year’s rankings for the Global Outsourcing 100 and World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors represent the best in outsourcing, hailing from every corner of the globe,” said IAOP CEO Debi Hamill. “Getting selected shows these companies came out on top following a rigorous application process and unbiased competition judged by an independent panel of recognized industry leaders in outsourcing.”

The leading players on the lists possess strong customer references, management capabilities, balanced performance and demonstrated competencies in an industry that is increasingly becoming more strategic and used for higher skilled knowledge-based activities.
