Being one of the most mature IT-outsourcing companies in the region and one of the biggest IT companies in the country implies many responsibilities. ScienceSoft has been carrying out corporate responsibility during the whole history of the company. One of its demonstrations is help for a local children orphanage in Minsk.

We believe that human communication and attention to other people are the greatest treasures of life. Thus we do our best for children from orphanage to feel loved and cared. Each New Year one of ScienceSoft’s conference room looks like a Santa Clause’s house, full of presents, sweets and decorations for children. ScienceSoft employees share the joy of each holiday with children, who sometimes are lack of simple children pleasure of spending merry days among beloved ones.

Besides holidays celebrations, we support children intellectual and cultural growth. Along with work, home duties and leisure time, ScienceSoft employees are eager to spend some time with children, taking them to the theater for Christmas performance, or to the circus, or simply visit the orphanage for an evening tea and talk to children. Each meeting introduces new experience and life perspectives both for children and for our employees. This is why the enthusiastic group of participation in orphanage activities is constantly growing.

Another aspect of help for children from orphanage originates from the company as a whole. At the beginning of the year ScienceSoft provided the orphanage with satellite TV. We hope, that it will broaden the children’s outlook to the bigger world, where, besides sad moment, there is so much beauty and happiness.
