Si.mobil Remedy OnDemand project

Bright Consulting has been engaged in Si.mobil ITSM transformation project and delivered an end-to-end solution focused on realizing Si.mobil objectives for efficient and simplified IT processes.

Key to the success of the project was the approach focused on Business Service Management Transformation:

  • Assessed  the current and future requirements across Si.mobil services, processes and organization;
  • Established a Transformation roadmap based on the identified gaps and their priority;
  • Integrated and automated all IT processes in a single ITSM platform: BMC Remedy OnDemand;
  • Ensured system maintainability and enhancement with on-going BMC Managed services;

The key business outcomes achieved as a result of the project were:

  • Standardized processes across all technical areas;
  • Standardized end-user interface for requesting new services;
  • Transparency in IT operations;
  • Integrated IT processes;
  • Consolidated Service Desks and legacy applications.
