Sigma Ukraine Celebrates New Office Opening in Odessa

On the 16th of January Sigma Ukraine announced moving to the new office, which is able to accommodate up to 70 employees. The two-floored office space with isolated cabinets is divided into sections, with a gym, cantina, meeting rooms and places for rest.

Sigma Ukraine opened its first ‘South Office’ in Odessa in 2006. The team closely works with corporate headquarters in Kharkiv and tightly cooperates with team members from different cities, both in Ukraine and abroad.

“We are very glad that our Odessa team constantly grows and we’ve reached this wonderful milestone moving into new larger premises, which has the capacity for even further expansion,” says Valery Krasovsky, Sigma Ukraine COO. “We welcome our business partners in this wonderful city, and show our new location.”

Being one of the most developed cities in Ukraine in terms of IT industry, Odessa hosts a number of IT events – conferences, user groups and basecamps. Sigma Ukraine actively takes part in the community, supporting .NET and Java User Groups, and other thematic events, as well as cooperates with Universities.

“We have ambition plans for further evolution of the ‘South Office’, and hope to reach a lot of important goals in 2012, such as having 50 or even 70 people as our employees. We celebrated moving to the new office together with Odessa team and hope to realize our dreams together.”

says Vladimir Beck, Sigma Ukraine CEO.
