One year after opening a branch in Skopje Sofica Group has won several customer service and telemarketing projects in the telecommunications sector in the region and the team has almost tripled. The company reports the first successful year of the investment in Macedonia.

For this extremely short period Sofica Group has become the leader in providing contact center services in our western neighboring country.
