The Czech company KOMIX s.r.o., which engages in systems integration and provision of complete information-system solutions, has decided to expand its operations to the developing Ukrainian market and thus build on several successful projects realised for foreign customers. Therefore, KOMIX has established a Czech-Ukrainian company under the name Integro Systems, which has become the exclusive provider of KOMIX IT solutions and services in Ukraine.

Via Integro Systems, KOMIX provides services focused on systems integration, turnkey development of information systems and implementation of management information systems, as well as approval-process management.

“We would like to fill a space in the developing information-systems market in Ukraine and thus provide local firms and organisations with effective IT solutions that will enable them to improve their internal processes and thus gain a competitive advantage,” says Grygorii Shchepanyk, chief operating officer of Integro Systems.

Integro Systems began its operations at the beginning of May this year and is currently realising its initial projects in the area of implementation of management information systems. “We are aware of the specific requirements of the local market, so all projects are being carried out by Czech and Ukrainian specialists with many years of experience gained through the implementation of large-scale information systems,” Shchepanyk adds.
