Telesens Expands Its Software Product Line for Interconnect Business Support

Telesens IT LLC, an international provider of billing systems and comprehensive custom solutions with a development center in Ukraine, continues expanding its own software product line – Telesens Interconnect Business Suite (TIBS) for telecommunications service providers in the field of settlements, wholesale billing, payments for content, traffic trade management, etc.

Along with the existing and successfully implemented software of TIBS, such as Tinterconnect settlements system (T-IC), Content Partnership Management System (T-CPM) and Traffic Trade Management System (T-TTM), Telesens released three new products for more effective interconnect business management of telecom operators:

  1. Roaming settlements system – T-Roaming (T-R)
    T-Roaming (T-R) system is designed to support a telecom operator in the exchange of information about the provided services and roaming settlements with roaming partners. The system ensures implementation of technological processes related with realization of standard procedures for transfer and return of account information specified by GSM Association: TAP (Transfer Account Procedure) and RAP (Return Account Procedure).
    The system is designed for: TAP-IN files processing with information generation for subscriber billing system about roaming service pricing for subscribers; TAP-OUT files generation including information about tariffing roaming services and NRTRDE files for sending to roaming partners; settlements support with roaming partners.
  2. Settlements system for clients connected via PBX (T-PBX)
    T-PBX system is designed for automation and information support of settlements with operator’s customers connected via PBX. PBX clients are organizations connected to the operator`s network via their own PBX.
    T-PBX system ensures information keeping about customers and contracts (with a possibility of combining clients into holdings, taking into account the closed user groups), billing and tariff management (including MNP functionality support), tariff models and price lists maintaining, accounts payments, generation of invoices for customers, taking into account the balance, support of mass mailing of bills to PBX customers, formation of acts of performed work and income reports.
  3. Detailed traffic data collation System T-Collation
    T-Collation (T-C) system is developed to automate the processes of collation of detailed traffic data with partners’ data in the disputes settlement with interconnected operators. The system provides not only the data collation for voice services, but also content services, data transmission, SMS, MMS.
    Using T-Collation ensures the prevention of financial losses at mutual settlements due precise collation of issued invoices.
