TotalSoft Will Attend the “Advanced Project Management for the Energy Industry London” Event

As a project management leader of the Romanian market, TotalSoft was invited to attend the ‘Advanced Project Management for the Energy Industry “event, which will be held on 13-14 September in London. The event’s main topic, namely the effective implementation of projects and failure avoidance, has already sparked the interest of over 100 companies – energy leaders from 20 countries – including E.ON, Mott McDonald, CEZ, Aker Solutions, Nabucco, Alstom, Saipem, Petrofac and Statoil.

During two days, which will gather global energy industry experts, best practices in project management and general objectives for the success of businesses in this field will be discussed. The organizers chose for each section more than two companies, projects and relevant references. TotalSoft will deliver a speech on “Business Insights for Project Success”, which will provide participants with a documented overview of how best practices in project management are leading to profit maximization.

“The reason why we participate in the event is to share our experience approach in the field, and expand the international presence of TotalSoft’s Project Management Division, by expanding our client portfolio. The 17 years of experience in the field and the numerous projects with energy and oil companies in Romania, Austria and Saudi Arabia strongly recommend us as a solutions and services provider, whose skills have drawn in many cases, trends and methodologies in the field” says Simona Munteanu, Sales Manager TotalSoft, Primavera Division.

TotalSoft has an extensive experience in project management in the energy industry; currently, the company collaborates with 8 of the top 10 companies in Romania in the energy industry, and supports the construction of Jubail Refinery in Saudi Arabia, the world’s largest construction project, with a dedicated team of planners and consultants.
