GlobalLogic Acquires Validio Software, Expands .NET Expertise and Strengthens European and U.S. Presence
February 7, 2008 No CommentGlobalLogic, Inc., the leader in global product development, today announced its acquisition of Validio Software, a U.S.-based software development company with a 350-person center in Kharkov, Ukraine. The acquisition expands GlobalLogic’s ability to build and support products developed on the Microsoft .NET Framework, and it provides Validio Software’s clients access to non-Microsoft product development expertise as well as development centers in the U.S., India, Ukraine and China.
