Comarch and the IDS Group signed a contract for the implementation and maintenance of the ECOD Distribution platform. The system will regularly report to retail customers outside the network of distributors about stock and the stock for resale. The IDS Group is a leader in the production and distribution of mineral water in Ukraine, with more than a 28-percent market share. The prominent retail chains and more than 1,000 of their partners are now connected to the ECOD Platform in Ukraine.

Comarch ECOD Distribution has an essential role in the IDS Group. It will improve and automate the processes of communication and reporting regarding distributor actions in the retail market. This will give us greater control over our distributors and increase the efficiency of the market – he adds.

The entire Comarch ECOD Distribution project will join together in one integrated reporting system more then 70 distributors cooperating with the IDS Group. As part of the implementation, the work of integrating the distributors’ internal systems with ECOD Distribution platform is carried out.
In addition to information pertaining to stock and resales, data regarding commercial credit, distribution of refrigeration equipment, product catalogs, orders and confirmation of receipt of goods is also exchanged. An integral part of the project is the ECOD Business Portal, which provides a number of reports and analyses directly to IDS Group employees and the distributors themselves.
