IBA Group Featured in 2012 Global Services 100

On August 31, Global Services published the 2012 Global Services 100 list and categories. IBA Group was listed among the Global Services 100 providers and recognized in the category Emerging Mid-Tier Global Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) Leaders. IBA has been involved in the Global Services 100 since 2005 and was always able to make to the list and to be recognized in its categories.

The Global Services 100 represents companies that demonstrate excellence in delivering IT outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) services globally using matured models of service delivery.

The Global Services 100 is a tool for buyers of business and technology services to identify and select the right vendor. Service providers opt-in to participate in the study that is conducted online. The GS100 analytical model is based on four key criteria: performance and leadership, quality and maturity of customers, breadth of services offered, and spread of global delivery capabilities.

“The global service provider landscape is increasingly getting complex; but buyers are looking at vendors with scale, skill, or both in delivering business outcomes and not cost-savings alone. The companies on the Global Services 100 list have demonstrated their ability to deliver complex solutions and services, manage global customers, and sustain successful financial performance,” says Ed Nair, Editor, Global Services.
