ResearchSpace to be Presented at OpenCulture2012

Open Culture 2012 is a 2-day UK & International conference organized by the UK Collections Trust. It will be held on 26-27 June in the Kia Oval in London.

Dominic Oldman, Deputy Head of Information Services, The British Museum will make a presentation entitled
Shared Services for Digital Research and the ResearchSpace Space project

It will give a perspective on initiatives supporting cooperation and collaboration for digital humanities research.

A new role for museums, archives and libraries as broadcasters of rich Collections-based experiences requires the creation of new tools. ResearchSpace is leading a new generation of initiatives that empower people to draw on rich digital resources to create compelling online narratives and experiences with Collections.
