April 24, 2012, Altoros chose Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar to hold a Ruby on Rails Talent Fair, which united young Ruby stars with mature Ruby development market leaders, such as Engine Yard, SchoolAdmin, Curebit, Groupon, Zestcash, Mavenlink, etc.

The talent Fair helped ambitious Ruby developers to reveal new perspectives, talk face-to-face with the potential employers, and learn about the companies’ news and future plans directly from the representatives.

The relaxed atmosphere of the bar favored to a more natural and productive dialog. The employers were able to speak with the candidates and pre-select a list of developers they would like to join their team.

During the event all participants were able to enjoy gourmet sandwiches, free beers and cocktails. The fair was ended with amazing piano music.
