Sofica Group JSC was one of the companies that this year supported the realization of the biggest forum on HRMD in Bulgaria. Over 300 professionals in the field of Human Resources took part in the event, organized by BHRMDA and CAPITAL KARIERI under the slogan “Succession Planning and Management”.

The purpose of this year’s forum was presentation of the global actual trends in succession management, consideration and discussion on Bulgarian and foreign practices related to successful models of development of talents and successors. One of the main business lines of Sofica Group is outsourcing in the field of human resources – one of the most dynamically developing areas in the BPO branch in the world.
