Adecco Bulgaria complemented the main conference program with a presentation entitled “Future employees 2020″.

Zlatina Kushkieva, director human capital services, pointed out what are the important changes in employment and society, how success can be achieved through innovation, why autonomy is important and what can companies do to address the challenges of upcoming years.

Adecco supported the delivery of the conference also with the “Business and education” panel moderation by Peter Ganchev, head of training.

Adecco was official partner of the XIII annual BHRMDA conference for people management held between 17 and 19 May 2012. During the event were discussed questions: where is the place of social networking in HR practices, which are the interfaces of the business and education, how better to manage, measure and improve employee performance, what are the best practices in human resources outsourcing and what are the challenges facing the small and medium enterprises in people management.
