This two-day Management 3.0 course aims to inspire Agile coaches and HR managers, technical and non-technical managers, team leaders and project managers who face the challenges of transforming their organizations to an Agile mindset. Our course provides practical tools and guidance to participants in order to apply new thinking to the craft, art and science of Leadership.

Our Goal: Agile Leadership is an often-overlooked part of Agile. There is a lot of information available for Agile developers, testers, and Scrum Masters and Product Owners, but very little for corporate executives, nontechnical managers and team leaders who play a key role in the successful transformation of an organization. Management 3.0 will not only provide the necessary basics for Agile organizations but also serve as a response to the general management’s challenges in the increasingly complex business world of the 21st century.

Who is it for? All executives, functional managers, management consultants, team leads, project managers, agile coaches and scrum masters who want to add more effective management practices to their leadership repertoire. No practical experience with Agile is necessary, although minimum familiarity with Agile principles and practices is helpful.

This training is developed by Jurgen Appelo – an Agile coach, speaker, writer, trainer and leader. He writes a popular blog (www.noop.nl) that covers many interesting topics including: Agile Management, software engineering, business improvement, personal development, and complexity theory.

We use original course materials developed by Jurgen Appelo and apply 30 years of combined experience of implementing successful Agile transformation and coaching corporate leaders all over the world. All course participants will receive materials of the course exercises and an official Management 3.0 certificate upon completion this course.

We also customize our workshops based on the attendees’ background and aim to keep the number of slides to the minimum while focusing on practical exercises, games and storytelling discussions. You will experience theory and practice in small chunks, reflect on inspiring stories, work through fun games, exercises and focused group discussions. The goal of the course is to inspire participants to take action to improve their organization.

All participants will receive materials of the course exercises, an official certificate of course completion and a copy of the book “How to Change The World” by Jurgen Appelo, 16 SEU credits for Scrum Alliance certifications as well as 16 PDUs toward PMI Certification, and 16 credit hours that can be applied for the PMI-ACP Certification.
