AIDOSS is Part of a Strong Team

AIDOSS has understood: Next Generation Outsourcing is the new trend.

Already in early 2008 AIDOSS understood that nowadays for many outsourcing partners it is not enough to offer excellent services in software development or test. Customers tend to expect the upgrade from a sheer ‘cost center’ into a ‘profit center’. At least they want to minimize the development costs, break even, or better generate new business opportunities.

AIDOSS did not build its own sales force to start selling customers solution into Ukrainian Data Centers. This would have been a too lengthy and hard process. AIDOSS found excellent and reliable partners.

A direct partnership was established with Infopulse already in summer 2008. Infopulse by itself is a great company! But for a better understanding of the partnership, it is necessary to add some details regarding the relationships between Infopulse and the EDB Group and their capabilities to promote solutions of AIDOSS customers.

EDB is the leading IT company in Norway serving customers from different domains: Banking (all major Norwegian banks, several banks in Sweden and Denmark), Telco (including Telenor), Industries (mainly Oil and Gas), public sector in Norway and Sweden.

EDB owns 60% of Infopulse and also 60% of another Ukrainian company – Miratech. Miratech has excellent relations in the public sector in Ukraine and in the banking sector as well. Infopulse closely co-operates with Miratech in terms of sales forces and resources. Some of the mutual Ukrainian customers are: Raiffeisen Bank Aval, MTC (Telco), Citi Bank, OTP Bank; KyivStar (Telco); Garant Polis (Insurance); several governmental institutions – some retail companies. Together there is a good presence on the Ukrainian market.

Today 200+ IT specialists of Infopulse are providing IT Operation services to EDB customers in all sectors – Bank&Finance, Telecom, Industries – and 60+ software developers are working on several projects within the Bank&Finance Department of EDB. Main technology used by that Department is Java and we already see good opportunitiy to sell the solution of one of our customers – SOPERA – in this area. We have already started this process.

We also promoted solutions of this AIDOSS customer to Raiffeisen Bank Aval. The feed-back we got from the customer afterwards was very positive; there are good opportunities as the Bank has plans for expansion of our co-operation.

“As I understood from my experience over the last months, customers are looking for companies, which can provide not only software development resources but are also capable to sell the products.

In my opinion the combination Infopulse/AIDOSS-EDB-Miratech has the best selling capabilities because the companies are present in several geographies and business areas”, said Andrey Anissimov CEO of Infopulse. “Infopulse, having support of such a big IT company as EDB, is a very stable and reliable company – which is not the case for many Ukrainian companies now.”
