Since 3 months on the basis of the concrete request AIDOSS has started dealing with interesting challenge of ISV certification. In the concrete case it is necessary to find out, if different Tape Libaries of customer smoothly work together with Data Protection Manager of Microsoft and with Networker of EMC. The goal of the extensive mandatory ISV Tests is to get registered the customer’s product in the compatibility lists of ISV, in this case Microsoft and EMC. The successful placement surely means an excellent marketing argument for the customer’s product.

We take a challenge to identify the requirements for ISV Certification for our customer. It is not always easy to investigate them, because we are working in a very special segment. After clarifying the requirements the appropriate Soft and Hardware scenarios must be established, and the tests can be successfully performed.
