UCMS Group EMEA and Alna Business Solutions announced today that the Vilnius-based ERP solutions provider has been designated the exclusive Quinyx Business Partner in Lithuania. The agreement is the first step in introducing the UCMS Group’s flagship brand in Workforce Administration, HR and payroll systems to the Baltic States.

Alna Business Solutions will soon begin delivering localised Lithuanian versions of the Quinyx OnDemand HR and payroll management solutions. The localisation process incorporates into the software local tax policies, legal requirements and business needs for each country, as well as a user interface in the local language.

Quinyx OnDemand encompasses all phases of personnel management, including payroll administration, compensation and benefits, and hiring and termination. Designed for seamless scalability, Quinyx solutions allow companies to maintain uniform HR management and payroll processes across multinational operations, multiple languages and diverse business and legal requirements.

UCMS Group EMEA and Alna Business Solutions plan to further leverage the relationship in coming months with localised versions of Quinyx OnDemand for customers in Estonia and Latvia.
