Through Asseco Czech Republic, Asseco Central Europe purchased the remaining 4.22% of shares of Asseco Solutions (previously LCS International) from minority shareholders. Asseco Czech Republic thus became a 100% owner of Asseco Solutions.

The process of purchasing shares from minority shareholders of Asseco Solutions commenced on 14 August 2009 when the general assembly passed a resolution about the change of holding property share rights from the minority shareholders to Asseco Czech Republic, the majority shareholder. After fulfilling all legal conditions Asseco Czech Republic has obtained a property right to these shares as of 24 October 2009. Asseco Czech Republic has been a 100% owner of Asseco Solutions, since that day.
