Asseco Slovakia has confirmed according to TREND TOP prestigious ranking  that has been one of the TOP ICT companies in Slovakia. The above mentioned ranking is regularly made up by economical weekly TREND according to financial results of Slovak ICT companies  from previous year.

Compared with 2007 Asseco Slovakia has maintained 3rd place in EBITDA in the amount of Skk 210 million and taken 2nd place in ranking of most profitable companies after ESET. The after-tax-profit has achieved almost Skk 193 million presenting the increase by 28,2%.

For the first time weekly TREND published the ranking of software houses by package software sales and tailor-made software development. TREND was quoted as saying it is not surprise that Asseco Slovakia has ranked 4th among the biggest software houses in IT business of Slovakia. Moreover Asseco Slovakia has taken 4th place (behind Siemens PSE, Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Soitron) in IT Service Providers ranking according to IT services sales in the amount of Skk 788 million and 85,4% share on total revenues. Asseco Slovakia has placed 5th among the biggest suppliers of information technologies ranked by added value in the amount of almost Skk 512 million (2007,individual data). Further Asseco Slovakia is the 8th fastest growing Slovak IT companies with added value growth of Skk 105 million.

Finally in total ranking of suppliers of information technologies by total sales in the amount of Skk 923 million Asseco Slovakia has placed 14th.
