Auriga In 2010 Global Services 100

Auriga announces that it is named to the 2010 Global Services 100 list by Global Services in association with NeoAdvisory, the globalization and sourcing advisory firm. Global Services survey of the worldwide ITO and BPO services market is conducted for the fifth year, and Auriga has been included in the list since 2006.

This year Auriga is included in the Global Services 100 main list and sub-category of “Leaders: Central and Eastern Europe”.
Earlier this year, Auriga was also named to the Global Outsourcing 100 list of the top global providers of business and technology services. Auriga is one of 52 companies worldwide that have made both the Global Services 100 and the Global Outsourcing 100 lists this year.

“Success and recognition can only be achieved by synergy of talent with effort and commitment. We are honored to receive this recognition by industry experts and are determined to keep our profile as high as ever. Auriga has always been oriented toward innovations, and our services are formed around bringing tangible benefits to customers working on innovative products. This year we introduced new services offering targeted specifically at start-up businesses that combines a streamlined business model, undisputable technical expertise and investment help for young companies, and this has already brought a growth of demand for our services,” – says Auriga General Manager Andrei Pronin.

The Top 100 list is derived using a scientific research methodology based on over 200 data points and several qualitative parameters. The four categories on which the Global Services 100 model for analysis is based are management excellence, customer maturity, global delivery maturity and breadth of service portfolio. The participating companies were rated on such criteria as revenue, growth, profitability, expansion, HR practices, customers list growth, breadth of capabilities and services, and vertical domain expertise.

“2009 was a tough year for the outsourcing industry. Service providers in the GS100 list are typified by their resilience to weather the economic downturn, the ability to retain market leadership, and the flexibility to play by the changed rules of the industry,” said Ed Nair, Editor, Global Services.
