Baltic Data Center has become an Advanced Partner of IBM

Global IT company IBM has awarded the Advanced Partner status to Baltic Data Center, a leader in the management of data centers and information systems in the Baltic States. Baltic Data Center, which has been cooperating with the global leader in its field for seven years, in order to achieve this status, has proved its expertise in the application of IBM’s latest technological solutions.

The expanded partnership will allow Baltic Data Center, a company belonging to TEO Group, to develop and deliver to its customers even more sophisticated solutions based on IBM’s technologies and to increase employee competence in this field.

According to Saulius Markunas, Director of Baltic Data Center, the solutions developed by IBM allow companies to make more efficient use of the advantages offered by emerging technologies. “Our close partnership with the global leader in its field enables us to be sure that we offer only the state-of-the-art solutions and equipment to our customers”, – S. Markunas said.

In order to achieve the Advanced Partner status, Baltic Data Center has met many of the requirements raised by the global company, and its specialists have passed proficiency exams in IBM’s solutions. In 2007, Baltic Data Center was recognized as an Official Partner of IBM.
