BASSCOM is a partner in the organization of Java2Days Conference 2010

BASSCOM is glad to announce that has become a partner in the organization of Java2Days Conference 2010 – a leading event in Eastern Europe to present the latest trends in building software applications with Java development tools.

The conference will be held on 7 and 8 October in Inter Expo Center (IEC) Sofia, Bulgaria.

Java2Days conference is an annual international conference. It is a premier event in Eastern Europe to present the latest trends in Java development in the following areas:

  • Core Java Platform & Desktop
  • Enterprise Java
  • Java & the Cloud
  • Java Web Technologies and Rich User Experience
  • Java for Mobile and Devices

Java2Days was held for first time at the Inter Expo Center on 8-9 October 2009 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The first edition of Java2Days in 2009 was attended from more than 600 attendees during the two conference days. All visitors had the opportunity to meet world famous speakers, engaged all year round in such events as JavaOne, The ServerSide Java Sym-posium, Jazoon showcasing their latest knowledge in creating more reliable, scalable and secure solutions using Java technologies in more than 20 technical sessions.

Along with Java2Days this year will be organized 2 co-events – Mobile2Days (for mobile development) and Cloud2Days (the first international cloud computing event on the Balkans). Thus, the conferences form the biggest technological forum in Eastern Europe for software developers and are expected more than 700 experts to attend.

Over 35 speakers will present more than 60 sessions at the second edition of Java2Days along with Mobile2Days and Cloud2Days. Among them are well known speakers from Java2Days 2009 – Reza Rahman,  John Willis, Josh Long,  Andrew Lombardi etc. as well as the new featured speakers as Arun Gupta, Damon Edwards, Eugene Ciurana and many others.
