Bianor signed a partnership agreement with the Finland based Comptel Corporation. The expected duration of the project is 14 to 24 months. The partnership starts with a team of 6–10 software engineers and will grow in the future.

Comptel provides Dynamic OSS solutions, enabling telecom service providers to deliver services flexibly and charge them effectively. The company has delivered to 280 customers in 85 countries and its net sales were of EUR 82.4 million in 2007.

Comptel agreement with Bianor came after a serious market research and among the competition of several other software companies from the region.

The partnership is part of the strategy of the Finnish company for setting up a regional customer service center for the delivery and support of its software solutions. The dedicated Bianor team will initially serve Comptel’s customers in Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and Greece and will later expand its operations.
