Bianor Services with Updated ISO 9001:2000 Certificate

Bianor Services with a new certificate ISO 9001:2000 valid until January 16th, 2011.

The conducted audit from Lloyd’s Register Qulity Assurance confirmed certification on ISO 9001:2000 for Bianor Services. The new term of the certificate starts on January 17th, 2008 and it is valid until January 16th, 2011.

The report from the audit states three remarks of the lowest range and two recommendations toward the company. The conclusion is that the system for quality control works effectively in the scope of the standard.

“The certification process on ISO 9001:2000 provides more reliability for our clients and confidence for us that we are on the right track”, Stefan Lilov, Bianor Services Chief Executive Director stated. “The process certification is among the main politics, on which the company relies for the successful business development”, Lilov added.

Bianor Cervices acquired certificate ISO 9001:2000 for the first time in 2005. In 2006 the company was the first in Eastern Europe, which has acquired IT mark certificate from the European Software Institute /ESI/.

The system for quality management of the company is based on CMMI /Capability Maturity Model Integration/ and draws from the world’s best project management practices. CMMI is a frame for guiding software products, developed by Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI), which is the standard for the defence industry.

The company uses the world’s leading IT system for project management – CA Clarity. The system allows correct planning, observation, control and project reporting and provides technical ability for the clients to track the working process.
