The Summit traditionally was focused on tools for costs optimization and the means for improvement of the effectiveness with the help of the outsourcing. Discussing the various target areas of outsourcing, all participants agreed on the opinion that outsourcing has been getting onwards and upwards in the Ukrainian business activity year by year, following the Western market trends and overcoming the existing prejudices.

BMS Soft representative Dennis Volchkov, CTO, introduced the delegates with the major advantages of IT outsourcing for automating and improving of company business processes. The speech ended up with heated discussion of speaker and audience. That speaks for the topic relevance – outsourcing support of business processes.
