“BPO House” strengthens its positions in the market

A company of “Alna Group” – “BPO House”, UAB, which provides business process outsourcing services, has strengthened its position in the market. Last week, “BPO House”, successfully completed the process of integration into its structure of a newly acquired employee recruitment and selection company.

„We have previously also pursued employee recruitment schemes, however, now we have strengthened our position in this sector. We have been consistently expanding our activities and currently we are the only company in Lithuania, which provides all business process outsourcing services“– says Tomas Milaknis, founder of “BPO House”, UAB.

“BPO House” launched its activities in 2008 and became a rapidly growing company. As of 2009, the company expands its services in all Baltic States. The Company provides services to more than 30 Lithuanian and foreign companies, manages 4200 square meters (45.208, 42 square feet) of office space, provides payroll services to 900 employees, the wages whereof amounts to 43 million litas annually. When companies reduce their expenses and optimize operational costs, business process outsourcing becomes a quickly expanding business. The service that is very popular among foreign companies is growing in popularity among Lithuanian capital companies too, as it allows the companies to concentrate their efforts upon their core business activities thus creating a larger added value. One year ago “BPO House” bought a business of a company which provides bookkeeping management services.

The newly acquired “Prime People” is well-known in the market due to its unique tests and IT tools. The said company started its services in the year 2000 as a career and employment adds website www.CV.lt. In 2007, when www.CV.lt activities were decoupled, Prime People became a company providing integrated personnel management services, which makes great play about scientific research, creation of new tools, and methodology.  The company provided services in all Baltic Countries. After acquisition of “Prime People” by “BPO House” it is planned to retain both trade marks.
