BSB received a nomination for the title of Solid Employer of 2007 in kujawsko-pomorskie voivodeship. The award is granted by Media Partner Group, the publisher of Przeglad Gospodarczy in Gazeta Prawna. It is already the 4th edition of this contest.

Among criteria which determined the election of the candidates were company development during the last years and a positive image. The choice was also based on the information about employment reliability rating and the following:

• work conditions (OSH regulations and labor law)
• payout timeliness
• social conditions (social funds, holiday funds, employees trainings, cover of employee education costs)
• career path
