Staying true to its mission to empower businesses in their digital transformation with innovative solutions, BULPROS officially opened the newest technology Innovation Lab in Bulgaria. The opening ceremony gathered business leaders, technology experts, partners, media and politicians, among which Stamen Yanev, Executive Director of the Bulgarian Investment Agency, as a special guest.

During the event, BULPROS experts demonstrated how technology innovations can help companies embrace new business opportunities. Creating a digital and personalized user experience, expanding the business by introducing digital collaboration tools, enhancing the efficiency of customer communication based on innovative Cisco and Microsoft solutions – these are just some of the scenarios that were presented at the event. A chatbot developed by the company and a virtual reality complemented the guest experience.

I believe that the experience with cutting edge technologies and the industry expertise acquired during the solutions we deliver to customers abroad can help our customers in Bulgaria. BULPROS Innovation Lab is located in BULPROS new technology towers in Business Park Sofia and is aimed at showcasing the variety of opportunities that digital innovations reveal for businesses.
