On 4 January 2011, the Board of Alna Group adopted a decision to redistribute responsibilities of Directors who are the members of the Council of Directors of Alna Group.

From now on Tomas Milaknis will hold the office of CEO of “BPO House”, at the same time he will continue to hold the office of the CEO of Alna Group. Arturas Gruodis will exercise Director’s functions at Alna Business Solutions, UAB and will continue in the capacity of Director of Alna Software, UAB.

Rasa Bumbliene will work as Executive Director of Alna Group, UAB; Gediminas Mikaliunas remains in the capacity of Alna Group Emerging Business Director, while Gintaras Grybenas remains in the capacity of Director of Alna Intelligence, UAB.

According to Tomas Milaknis, changes in the responsibilities are a consistent step towards implementation of the company’s strategy. „The company has successfully gone through crisis period and now it’s high time for further expansion.

Different market situations require that the company achieves different goals; therefore, the responsibilities of the managers change too “ – says CEO of Alna Group.
