Comarch opens a new competence center in Rome dedicated to innovation in customer loyalty in the heart of the eternal city to respond to the rapid expansion of Comarch’s business in the Italian market.

Comarch is present in Italy since 2015 when it opened its first office in Milan. Despite the recent opening, Italy is one of the key markets for the international Comarch group with over 60 successfully implemented projects for more than 40 companies operating in different sector including retail, FMCG, travel, hospitality, travel, airlines, telecommunications, insurance, finance, healthcare among others.

The decision to expand into Italy and open a second office in Rome was a logical step in our business growth strategy. Opening a new office in the capital was dictated by the need to adequately respond to the needs of our customers and always be ready within the competitive landscape of the Italian market. Comarch Italia team is made up of BDMs, consultants and project managers who are experts in solutions to support Loyalty programs and Marketing campaigns, software to enhance Supply Chain Collaboration (EDI and GDSN), BSS / OSS, M2M and IoT systems, banking front office for private and corporate clients, tools for private consultants and insurance agents, sales management and commission and incentive systems.

Moreover, the offer includes hardware solutions for remote medical care and remote monitoring, cyber security, location based services (beacons) and Internet of Things.
