Poland-based systems integrator Comarch was contracted by consumer goods company Diageo Poland to implement the latest version of its sales force automation software Ecod Agent to support the latter’s sales representatives.
The implementation of the system will cover all retail channels of Diageo Poland, which includes the traditional and modern channels, and also the HoReCa. Ecod Agent 2.0 is a professional sales support system, which enables support of customer services for mobile sales representatives.
The system is part of a wide range of Comarch Ecod products, which includes, among others, a service for communication and reporting in a distribution channel named Comarch Ecod Operator (an EDI platform, Comarch Ecod Distribution) and a system for reporting and analyses called Comarch Ecod Business Portal.
The Comarch Ecod Agent system is available in three separate versions, depending on the range of responsibilities of its particular users: Comarch Ecod Agent PDA module for sales representatives, Comarch Ecod Agent Terminal module for regional sales managers, and Comarch Ecod Agent Central Application module for remaining users, including business administrators.
